Zaltora LLC currently ships only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are focused on customers located within the U.S.

All orders placed on our website are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Standard Shipping is provided at no additional cost and generally takes 3–7 business days for delivery after the order has been processed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information. Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours.


4. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the delivery status of your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, natural events, or peak seasonal demand. If your order experiences a significant delay, our customer support team may contact you using the details provided at checkout.


6. Incorrect Address and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. If reshipment is declined, a refund may be issued for the product price minus any shipping or handling costs incurred.

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please inspect the items immediately. If any product is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you with a resolution.

At Zaltora LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality pet housing products and a reliable shopping experience. We understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required. Products that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for approved and eligible returns.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider. Please note that processing times may vary by bank or payment service.


Damaged or Defective Items

All products are inspected before shipment. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Exchanges
